If you would like your e-bike to charge itself by solar power while you are parked or while you are riding, bring your electric bike by my workshop and I will assess your bike’s viability for a solar conversion. No cost or obligation for the assessment.

The 175W solar panels shown in the photo can be relied on for a usable output of 135-155 watts. Over the course of a day this results in up to 1,000 extra watt-hours harvested, just from the bike being outdoors. Your typical e-bike battery contains 750 watt-hours. So if your range without the solar trailer was 40 miles, your range with the trailer will be 90 miles. Pedaling harder can drastically increase this range.

All major credit cards accepted for the conversion itself, which costs $800-$1200 + parts.
Message with any questions, thank you.
